Performance, device heat, and battery use

AR is among the most demanding workloads a phone runs: camera, tracking, and 3D rendering simultaneously. Some heat and battery draw is expected. What helps:
- Cool the device. Remove thick cases during long sessions; avoid direct sunlight. Hot phones throttle and everything degrades.
- Charge beforehand rather than playing while fast-charging, which adds heat.
- Close heavyweight background apps on older devices.
- Shorter sessions with breaks keep thermals — and players — in better shape.
Persistent crashes or performance collapse on a specific device model are worth a report: include the model, OS version, and what a session looked like when it happened.
